Indeed. Tyvärr är det alltmer vanligt att även de länder som man tidigare hade trott vara sekulariserade och upplysta hyser befolkningar som inte har tilltro till sig själva, till vetenskapen utan måste finna tröst i en auktoritet bortom det gripbara. Är det ett symptom på uttråkning eller på en känsla av vanmakt, eller både och?
