Walking through the City
Another day in life....
Monday, first day of the week and first day of the autumn, when things must happen, things must be drawn to a close. I started the day quite early, but some things detained me, so I made my way to the institute not until 9.30. Made my way through Devonshire Row, fighting against the oncoming horde of City workers in their uniforms, crossed Bishopsgate, headed along London Wall and further towards Holborn and finally Russell Square and the Institute of Education. In my iPod I listen to Rammstein, Mein Hertz Brennnt and Slipknot, Duality...
I'm feeling a bit lost and disoriented, don't really know what I am doing in this city of money and concrete and steel, of men and women in shiny uniforms and with glassy gazes...
If only the war inside of my head could stop.
